About To Hypocenter 

私たちは 〈爆心〉を、人間だけでなくすべての生命に対する残虐行為の中心と定義する。そこには、声を持たずに命を奪われたものたちが存在し、私たちの生は、その周りにある。私たちは、芸術、行動、研究、物語を通して、〈爆心〉を語るオルタナティブな形式と方法論を探究する。
We define hypocenters as ground zero sites— where mass atrocities occurred against humans and more-than-humans, all living beings. Within these physical and metaphysical centres exist the voiceless victims whose lives have been taken away, and yet our lives revolve around them. We seek alternative formats and methodologies for narrating hypocenters through the arts, actions, research, and storytelling.

私たちは、ある〈爆心〉を認めながら他の〈爆心〉を否定することで、暴力を正当化したり、苦しみを階層化する、あらゆる言説を拒絶する。私たちは、いかなる権威や社会構造による差別や暴力にも屈しない。私たちは、それぞれ多様な個性を認めながら、敬意にもとづいた対等な対話と、コレクティブとしての合意によって行動する。
We reject any discourse that legitimizes violence or ranks the suffering by isolating one hypocenter—one atrocity—from another. We refuse all forms of supremacy, discrimination and violence rooted in authority and hierarchy. We recognize diverse identities and choose to act through respect-based dialogue and collective consensus.
